As we continue to celebrate the National Women’s Month, it is timely to talk about how we can attain gender equality and inclusive society by gradually transforming our existing gender norms and how we see negative gender roles play in identifying our societal function. The PCW invited an expert to help us understand how these negative norms affected our development as a society, and what should we do to end this.
