As we commemorate the 20th year of the implementation of the Republic Act 9262 or the Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children, the Philippine Commission on Women invited its partner agency in the Inter-agency Council on Violence Against Women and their Children, the Department of Social Welfare and Development to discuss the implementation of programs and projects for the benefit of VAW-victim survivors.
