This tool helps gender and development (GAD) trainers in government agencies and local government units to formulate their GAD training design and conduct their GAD training sessions. It is useful to trainers who are already into GAD training, those who have substantial knowledge on GAD, or those who have extensive experience in conducting human resource development training.
