As the government continues to implement the devolution decision of the Supreme Court, TNK invited the Department of the Interior and Local Government to discuss the functions of Local Government Unit in the Philippines, their challenges and common misconceptions about it, and the ways on how the agency help the local governments in implementing their gender mainstreaming effectively.
