With the conclusion of the 2nd Gender and Development Local Learning Hub Assembly, it is timely to discuss the importance and objectives of PCW’s official awards and incentives programs for the Local Government Unit: the Gender and Development (GAD) Local Learning Hub. The Chief of the Technical Services and Regional Coordination Division, Ms. Nharleen Santos-Millar, discuss in detail how LGUs will be effective in conducting their gender mainstreaming measures in their localities, and the process on how to be certified as a GAD Local Learning Hub.
