This study focuses on two major areas of concern about women lawyers – (1) their numerical rise and representation in the legal profession, and (2) customary behavioral attitudes toward, and perceptions of women lawyers.

This RSFW reviews and analyzes the progress that was made between 2001 and 2003 using the Framework Plan for Women (FPW) as guide. It focused on three areas of concern: Women’s economic empowerment, women girl’s human rights, and gender-responsive governance.
