Radio Plug on 9710 Magna Carta of Women on the Protection from Violence

This radio plug is produced by the Philippine Commission on Women in 2012 based on Section 12 of the Magna Carta of Women (MCW) Implementing Rules and Regulations on protecting women from all forms of violence. Government agencies shall prioritize the defense and protection of women against gender-based violence and help women attain justice and healing. One of the government services mentioned in this radio plug is the Barangay Violence Against Women (VAW) Desk, where women who experience physical, psychological, and sexual abuse can go to seek assistance and flee from the violence inflicted on them.
