GAD Kaagapay, 2021 – Effects of pandemic to GSIS personnel

This short film tackles the numerous challenges and transformations brought about by the pandemic, from disruptions in daily life to economic hardships, and showing how people slowly adapt to changes in the face of adversity. Despite the challenges of remote work to forced shut down of businesses, resiliency has been practiced by many Filipinos. GSIS Management supports its workforce in a variety of ways to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of its employees while continuing to provide public service. The GSIS Human Resource Office, together with the Gender and Development Committee, introduces GSIS DIWA to address GSIS employees’ mental needs while also implementing a work-from-home policy to ensure continuity of service and prioritize staff well-being.

This video also won the Stevie Awards in 2021.
