Anti-Sexual Harassment, 2019 – A campaign video against sexual harassment in the workplace

Harmony is the only woman working in legal services, navigating the challenges of fitting in a male-dominated workplace. Through perseverance and hard work, she earns the respect of her colleagues and as her name implies, eventually achieves harmony working with them. At GSIS, women’s empowerment is being encouraged. It promotes equal opportunities for men and women. The GSIS Gender and Development Committee makes women’s as well as men’s concerns and experiences an integral dimension to the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of policies, programs, and projects in all social, political, civil, and economic spheres. In all this, both men and women benefit equally.
