This book was the result of the UNIFEM and WAND partnership on Gender Responsive and Results-Based Budgeting. They initially worked with two pilot sites and expanded to seven more sites on 2007. It aimed to influence the local government units to adopt a gender-sensitive and results-based budget framework for their development plans.
