The case study features studies conducted by the Department of Labor and Employment- Occupational Safety and Health Center on five predominant livelihoods for women in Metro Naga sites. These studies also presented working conditions, perception on occupational safety and health, and experiences on work-related injuries and illnesses. Its results are guiding DOLE-OSHC in designing advocacy and capability building packages for the application of occupational health and safety standard practices among women micro entrepreneurs.
