2009-2018 Gender and Development (GAD) Audit Performance Summary Report: National Government Agencies (NGAs) and Government-Owned and/or Controlled Corporations (GOCCs)

This GAD APSR features the Commission’s audit of GAD Funds of the NGAs and GOCCs for the period of 2009-2018, covering the ten-year period after the MCW was signed into law in 2009. The MCW mandates the COA to conduct an annual audit on the use of the GAD budget for the purpose of determining its judicious use and the efficiency, and effectiveness of interventions in addressing gender issues towards the realization of the objectives of the country’s commitments, plans, and policies on women empowerment, gender equality, and the GAD.
