This learning session aims to clarify the steps and procedure in preparing the FY 2023 GAD Plan and Budget (GPB) for national government agencies, SUCs, GOCCs, and other instrumentalities. It also intends to explain the processes and procedures for submitting, reviewing, and endorsing the FY 2023 GPB of agencies based on the GAD Budget Call issued by the PCW. In addition, it will orient its participants on the comprehensive audit of a government agency’s policies, funds, programs, projects, and activities, focusing on the area of GAD to determine.
