This report provides information on the submission and endorsement of GAD Plans and Budgets (GPB) and GAD Accomplishment Reports (GAD AR) of national government agencies (NGAs) and government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) in the Philippines based on data generated from the Gender Mainstreaming Monitoring System
as of 27 October 2023 and the compliance of local government units (LGUs) and entities within the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) to the GAD Budget Policy based on reports received from
the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) and the Bangsamoro Women Commission (BWC).
The report analyzes the allocation and expenditure of GAD funds for fiscal year 2022 to advance gender equality
and women’s empowerment.
