Gender and Financial Literacy Training Manual

The National Anti-Poverty Commission, together with the Philippine Commission on Women, through the GREAT Women Project, developed the Gender and Financial Literacy Training Manual to enhance the capacities of trainers to deliver financial literacy training using a gender perspective and to increase on gender dimension of work, gender in microfinance, women’s empowerment through microfinance and microenterprise development programs, financial and risk management with gender perspective, and GAD training skills.

Barangay VAW Desk Handbook (Tagalog)

This handbook provides barangay officials with a step-by-step guide in establishing and maintaining a Violence Against Women (VAW) Desk in their respective barangays. It contains information on how to efficiently and effectively address VAW cases. It also outlines the roles and responsibilities of barangay officials as well as VAW desk officers as person-in-charge of the Desk.

PCW Memorandum Circular No. 2011-01

This booklet provides the guidelines and procedures for the establishment, strengthening, and institutionalization of the GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) in constitutional bodies, government departments, agencies, bureaus, SUCs, GOCCs and all other government instrumentalities; and to clarify the roles and responsibilities, composition and structure of the GFPS to enable it to function as a mechanism for catalyzing and accelerating gender mainstreaming in the agency towards the promotion of Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment.
